I would like to be able to "report" things (although I am sure I have my own bias) through my blog rather than expressing too much of my own opinion about them. So I decided to include this one continuous section under which I can discuss things I like and enjoy. It is just so much easier to concentrate on the negatives these days and sharing a bit about whats good in life can't be that bad.
Drawing has always been the best form of expression for me, after writing. There is nothing like drawing when you are bored. During my internship, it helped me a lot to just draw when I was on my way back, traveling for some 1.5 hours. Below are some of the presentable ones.
Usually stuff I draw starts with an idea. By that I mean, that I like to draw abstract stuff most of the time. Like this one -

The abstract stuff is also stuff that is usually intensely personal and that is why I am glad that I can mostly express it without people usually figuring out what the drawing is about.

I have never met anyone who came close to understanding what I had drawn. It is true, that you want people to be able to draw their own interpretations, but at the same time it is also great when people figure out exactly what you are trying to convey. Sometimes, even I myself don't completely realize the complete meaning till a few months later.
At the same time, if anyone asks, I will gladly tell them what its all about.

Of course, I also enjoy drawing some goofy ones once in a while. Wherever the hand takes me.

I also end up drawing faces that I have never seen. Or at least, faces that I can't easily recognize to be anyone I know . It is ridiculously obvious to me that my skills are (very) far from perfect but I don't think that should stop me from drawing my thoughts and sharing them.

Given the kind of things I spend time watching and reading, it is not a surprise that it shows up in my drawings.

Finally, whatever else I might draw, the ones that I can look back on and get a sense of what it was like to be me back then are the most precious.
